Moving and Sizing the Column: The Visral column window is moved in the same way most windows are, by dragging the title bar. The window can be dragged as far as the left and right borders of the screen. However, if the window is touching either border then it will disappear when the cursor leaves it and reappear again when the cursor touches the border. The width can not be changed but the length can be by dragging the top or bottom edge of the window.

Running Entries: The entries (elements) in the column represent rules, websites, applications, and directories. Clicking on the body of any element will cause it to execute. The scroll wheel allows many more elements to be available than can be viewed at one time.

Learn: As an example of learning simply go to a web page that requires a username and password and then click Learn. Now fill in the username and password and click the Sign-in (Log-in) button. Move the cursor back to Visral, at which time the new rule element will be inserted under the "Rules" directory. Clicking this element will cause the sequence that was learned to re-execute. Although any number of rules can be learned, the free version of TAP only supports executing the top two learned rules. Requires Internet Explorer 7 or later.

Editing: Right clicking while on an element will cause a button menu to be displayed. A left click on the leftmost button will allow the text of the element to be edited.

Open: Clicking this button will bring up Visral in a larger window. Here more of the rules can be seen and operations can be performed.

Drag and Drop Desktop Icons: On initial installation of Visral, all of the desktop icons (applications) will be added to the current entries. From then on icons representing applications, websites, and directories can be dragged from the desktop and dropped into the column. Simply select one or more of the icons and drag them to the Column; then release the left button and the cursor will change to the element symbol cursora. Now move the cursor until the black bar touches the edge of an existing element at which time the bar will change to red cursorb and then click the left button. A new element will be created for each icon dragged and clicking on any of them will cause the corresponding application, website, or directory to be activated.

Adding Favorites: If you are at a web site and would like to save it, just return to Visral and click the "World" button, at which time the new favorite element will be inserted under the "Favorites" directory. Requires Internet Explorer 7 or later.

Saving Browser Sessions: If you would like to save the state of all your open browsers, just return to Visral and click the "List" button, at which time the a session element will be inserted under the "Sessions" directory. Clicking on this element will reopen all browsers with the same tabs as they had when they were saved. Requires Internet Explorer 7 or later.

Volume Control speaker You can control volume without a click; just move the cursor to the speaker icon and scroll up or down. A click will mute and un-mute. The volume state will be displayed in the blue scroll window below.

Scrolling, Moving and Deleting Entries: Using the wheel on the mouse, the entries in the window can be scrolled up and down. To move or delete an entry, right click while on an element to dispay the button menu. The last three buttons are move, copy and delete. Clicking the delete button (last) will cause the current element to be removed. Selecting the move or copy will cause an element cursor to appear cursora. Moving the cursor until it touches the top or bottom edge of the existing entry you wish to place it near at which time the cursor will change to cursorb. Now a left click will cause the element to be moved or copied to the new location.
