Vidmex is a multimedia player that permit you to extract fragments from video and audio files, merge or mix media files, play music and video with customizable subtitles, adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, invert, color balance, zooming and other video effects in real time. Vidmex supports many media formats: ASF, AVI, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPG, MPE, MPEG, OGM, RM, RV, RMVB, VCD, VOB, WMV, AAC, AC3, AIFF, APE, CDA, FLAC, MIDI, MKA, MPA, MP2, MP3, OGG, RA, WAV, WMA, BMP, GIF, JPG, TGA etc. Vidmex has a very easy-to-use interface -- just click Begin/End buttons to mark positions of the fragment and choose multimedia operation from the Wizard - Image, Fragment, Merge, Mix etc. With a few facile steps, you can extract precise video fragments, extract audio tracks from video files, extract sound fragments from audio records and save them as MP3 or compressed WAV, extract images from video clips and save them as JPEG or BMP, add various video effects to enhance your video records (such as smooth, sharpness, blur, emboss, saturation etc.), add subtitles to the extracted movies or video clips, merge independent video fragments, audio fragments from many disparate media sources, mix audio files, mix video with audio fragments, insert custom logo, image or animation into the video clip (on top of the video), transmute audio records (change audio parameters: codec, bitrate, channels, frequency), transmute video records (change parameters: codec, dimension, frame rate, quality). Vidmex Playlist permit to organize your media records (save playlists, sort, find/filter, set playback range for each file) and to execute audio/video editing operations. You can rapidly select fragments directly in Playlist by clicking on areas of counters. Vidmex supports global hot keys to control player from any Windows application, dragndrop functionality to load or add media files. You can adjust window size, choose and preserve aspect ratio, watch minimized video on top of all other windows and change skins.
