StepVoice Recorder is software for real-time recording with MP3 file format sustain. It allows recording from any sound source, such as a microphone, line in or any sound currently playing on your PC (Internet radio, film sounds, etc.). Real-time MP3 encoding saves both time and hard disk space, because you dont need to encode recorded sounds later.
