SkiL is a dragndrop application launcher that shows up when pressing a hotkey ( default: ALT+ESC). Its supports skinning to make it look exactly like you want. The main purpose of SkiL is to make items on your screen like applications, files, folders, URLs, ... quickly and easily accessible. SkiL is invisible unless you press the activation hotkey. To help you organise your shortcuts they are grouped in categories of your choice. You can resize the launcher window as you want to fit your needs.
