RightNote is a note-taker and note-organiser, that permit you to store and organise all bits of disparate knowledge in a single place - and find that knowledge around instantly. Instead of having many pieces of paper lying all over your desk, which may contain contact information, phone numbers, to-do lists, website addresses etc., you can now store all of this knowledge in a single RightNote file. After using RightNote, youll not only know where to find the knowledge youre looking for - youll also know where to put it in the first place! Instead of rummaging through your computer trying to locate the disparate records you work with on a daily basis, you can benefit RightNotes virtual note capability to work on all these records from a single location. The RightNote interface consists of a notebook made up of pages. Each page contains a hierarchical tree in which you can store an unlimited number of notes. Notes can simply be moved within a page or from one page to another. This gives you a large amount of flexibility and organisational power to organise and categorise your notes. RightNote also contains a puissant search instrument which will allow you to rapidly and simply find the note you are looking for. RightNote conveniently minimises to the system tray, waiting patiently until needed. As soon as you need to store something, click on the RightNote icon, locate or create the desired page, and insert the knowledge for later retrieval. The in-built full text search engine permit you to find the knowledge youre looking for around instantly. Unlike other similar programs which are built around a single note type, i.e. one that provides word processing functionality, RightNote includes disparate note types which provide for a variety of functionality.
