Description
Nimbus is the first release of a versatile tool for game content creation. Originally designed for DirectX File Format and Nimbus Dynamic Scenes File Format, Nimbus has evolved to include HLSL effect writing and testing capabilities, in a way that effect developers can configure their scripts elegantly for artist without programming experience to use them in their scenery.
Nimbus enables the creation of Game Assets, HLSL effects, Animation among several other objects and effect modified geometry like the elegant water seen in our preview of nimbus.
We are currently developing a prototipe for our next Nimbus software generetion. Several Names are on the board, includding SlimDX, and a Managed Lager for DirectX but so far, since the official anounce of SlimDX, this last mensioned seems like is going to be our choise.
