Description
Hektograph enables you to quickly make backups of whole original CD and DVD Media or just certain sectors. Actually you can make backups of the following media:
1. Single Session DVD ( PC / XBOX-360 [SplitVid Support] / XBOX / Wii [Dual Layer Supprt] )
2. Audio CD (CD-DA) conforming to Red Book, with CDTEXT enhancement
3. CD-Rom conforming to Yellow Book
4. Multisession CD-Rom conforming to Version 1.0
5. CD-Rom XA
6. Individual tracks or sectors
Additional functionality on Audio CDs:
1. Ripping of single or multiple titles or individual sectors
2. Simultaneous transcoding into any installed WMA or ACM Codec (ie MP3)
3. Retrieving of titelnames through FreeDB
4. Recording retrieved titlenames as CDTEXT
On top of that the software includes a freely configurable exercizer for 6, 10 and 12 byte command descriptor blocks (CDBs) with template adminsitration and a mode page editor. These are functions that you would normally find only in driver developement tools worth thousands of dollars.
