Description
This program is most useful for very busy people and those who do not have opportunities to get outdoors regularly. Program is based on knowledge and expertise of colour and sound therapists, and it provides knowledge for a wide range of users in all age groups starting from 14 years of age. Program does not have copyright restrictions and is non-commercial.
A general description of the method
Color therapy is a complementary therapy, where spectrum of colours affects our spiritual and emotional condition. Evidence of colour therapy dates back thousands of years in all cultures and over the years various methods of colour healing have been developed. Very effective are the so-called colour breathing exercises � they form the basis of this program. Colour is absorbed by the eyes in the following way: the eye receptors perceive colour and causes a chemical chain reaction that results in electrical impulses. These impulses stimulate the nervous system until the stimulation reaches the brain. Ultimately the brain releases the necessary hormones for the body. This particular program is especially important for people who do not have a natural ability to visualize colours. Through the eyes the colours re-balance functions of chakras.
Colour and sound harmony
Color therapy is usually used in combination with music. Each note has its own wavelength, respectively affecting some of the energy centers (chakras). Also, each colour has its own frequency and effects on the human body. Simultaneous exposure to colour and sound creates a more powerful healing effect. All colour therapy techniques are simple and easily available, but remember that for serious health disorders, however, professional medical advice is necessary.
Additional information for greater security
If there are no digressive side effects then in a few minutes of a session you already can observe internal subtle vibrations generated by relaxation. These processes are pleasant, and as a result you will feel confidence and trust. If (however!) you feel sudden discomfort, then the session should be stopped and instead get some body movement. Easy physical exercises are recommended after each colour therapy session, to dispel the negative energy which has now been freed. A few simple exercises you will find on the website. Warnings and Recommendations
Due to the fact that certain colours trigger the body�s physiological reaction, caution should be taken (applicable to lasting sessions):
* red colour should not be used if there are inflammatory processes, high blood pressure and acne; * blue should not be used if you have low blood pressure * indigo affects the endocrine system (internal secretion glands).
For the released energy not to be blocked somewhere again:
* during the session keep your back as straight as possible; * keep the tongue pressed against the palate (above upper teeth); * chin tilted slightly less than usual, the back of the head should be relaxed.
