Description
I have written FFXED, a save-editing utility for all versions of FFX. FFXED can edit hundreds of things and gives access to previously unavailable game content. Remember, there is no guarantee that what you edit in won't cause the game to crash (though it shouldn't be due to save corruption). Finally, be on the lookout for bugs!
If you are using a PS3, you can transfer saves to and from the PS3 without the PSV format by following these instructions. Basically, the idea is to trick Swap Magic into booting uLaunchElf, which can easily transfer saves without any hassles. Once you get it working, it is really a very simple method to use. If you don't have Swap Magic, you can try this method.

*Works with all versions of FFX
*Compatible with raw saves as well as .psu saves
*psu saves can be saved as .psu or raw
*raw saves can only be saved as raw
-Party and character editing
*Rearrange the party, add/remove any number of characters/aeons
*Modify character names (and fonts), 19 symbol limit (17 with custom font)
*Modify character abilities, current HP & MP, base stats, sphere levels, ability points, overdrive gauge, enemies defeated, affection, poison damage %, and overdrive modes

*Copy and Paste equipment between slots and save files

-Item editing
*Edit type, quantity of all items in all slots
*Get 99 of every item
*Edit key items
*Use certain abilities as items (Summon, Mixes, Zanmato, Oblivion, Eraser, and more!)
-Blitzball editing
*Edit level, experience, contract duration, salary, numbers of goals, technique capacity, equipped/learned techniques, and give all techniques or tech finds to any player
*Re-assign or add players to teams
*Modify Blitzball Team League wins and losses, the current League round, and League prizes
*Create custom Tournaments. The prizes, matchups and Tournament round can be specified
*Note: Tournament positions are defined according to the following image
