Description
Update the persons master record with the last visit date by pressing the Last Visit button. Schedule the next visit when you click the Next Visit button. Document as much information as you need concerning each person to be visited using the following window. New with version 2 is spell checking. (Requires MS Word 2003 or greater.) Start spell check by pressing the F7 key.Print schedules for any date range. Record the results of each visit to use as a reference for the next visit. Email one or more prospects concerning upcoming church events they might be interested in attending. When emailing to more than one prospect each is individually addressed. This means their privacy will be maintained.
