EQMS is designed with a modular approach; hence it comes with all the basic features that is needed for any sales or marketing team to keep a track of sales leads or opportunities. All important details such as customer information, management of sales teams, reminders of follow-ups and more are captured in the EQMS.
EQMS Basic Edition is available for download for TRIAL use, with a cap of 50 enquiries.
After days' of field work; Sales Executive can enter their daily enquiry follow-up/closure details. At the end of the day, the team manager can have a look at the performance of an individual/team. Also, documents exchanged with the prospecting client could be linked at every follow-up detail. These documents could be quotation, performa invoice, brochure, MOM (Minutes of meeting) etc. Mangers can have a graphical view of the lead status using Dashboard. Various MIS reports come in handy to evaluate performance of individual/team as well as growth in business can be observed.
