eMFlow Solution is a Swiss Knife for the management of email communication with Microsoft Outlook. It offers an optimized feature mix for the retrieval and analysis of emails and attachments. Major information types like emails, contacts and attachments are related with each other and the results are visualized for evaluation purposes. According to this email conversations as well as email-based communication networks are visualized as 2-dimensional diagrams and can be explored comfortably.

Attachments can be filtered, sorted and visualized in an explorer-like format inside Outlook. All emails and document attachments are full-text indexed and stored in a separate database. The enhanced Outlook search function allows not only the use of simple keyword but also typed information patterns on tax-, product-numbers or phone- and fax-numbers and many others to retrieve emails and related attachments. This results in dramatically reduced retrieval times.
