Buildings / Units Module - this module permit for the tracking of all of your properties as good as letting you separate properties into individual units. This module tracks basic building knowledge as good as owners, mortgages, insurance coverage, contents, rooms, units, a to-do list, and expenses. 2. Tenants Module - this module permit you to enter all of your tenants (past and present) in detail. Tenant knowledge includes basic tenant information, leases, addresses, incidents, occupants, employers, vehicles, bill to information, payments, and government subsidies. 3. Reporting Module - this module offers the following reports: 30 days notice, expense report, late notice report, lease agreement, mailing labels, profit and loss report, rent receipt, rent reminder letter (invoice), security deposit policy, tenant incidents report, to-do list, and a bank statement report. 4. 1099 Reporting - this module permit you to print the 1099 reports for your sub-contractors. 5. 1040 Schedule E - this module permit you to print the knowledge you need to document folder your 1040 Schedule E tax form at the end of each year. 6. Reminders Module - this module permit you to set up reminders similar to a To Do List and will prompt you when these dutties are due. 7. Checkbook Module - this module permit you to set up a checking or savings account within the software and can print checks. 8. Maintenance Module - this module permit the system administrator to set up users and execute any updates and routine maintenance on the software.
