Description
Content Advisor is a feature in Internet Explorer that permit users to restrict the web sites that the other users can browse. The supervisor can set a password in order to prevent from other users from changing the Content Advisor properties. If the supervisor forgets the password, he cannot change the Content Advisor properties in the regular way. The simplest way to solve this problem is to delete the password in the Registry. The password is stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesRatings. The Key value represents the encrypted password. Advanced users can easily delete the password from the registry and thus they dont need this utility. customer user who doesnt want to deal with the registry, can use my utility for deleting the Content Advisor Password.
