It is an all-in-one CD recording tool. You can use it to erase or duplicate a CD, create an image of a CD, write an existing image to a CD (supported formats: ISO, IMG, CUE, CCD, CDM), master a CD (supported formats: audio and data) etc.
It is originally in Japanese (even the website is in Japanese), but the first time you run it, you are presented with a choice of languages, one of which is English.
Writes settings to: Application folder
How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking on CdManipulator.exe.
