Record what you present and send what you record to your client, securely.
During the presentation, the exact set of slides presented is recorded by the ActivePresentation Export Wizard. On completion of the presentation, the presenter can create a customised copy, only of the slides he/she showed, for the client.

Place a small clock on the slide which can be seen while presenting.
Don�t let your watch be a reason to loose eye contact with your audience. With a discrete clock on your slides, you�ll be able to manage your time without upsetting the folks sat in front of you.

Print individual slides direct to your default printer while in slide show mode.
Useful for scanning a presentation prior to a meeting and printing only what you really want to leave with your client. Can also be used at unmanned kiosks so that visitors to the terminal may print and take away copies of useful information.

Set confidentiality levels for each slide to control access to your intellectual property.
Each slide may be assigned one of 3 levels; low, medium, high. In conjunction with the Export Wizard, presentations may be delivered to audiences with highliy confidential slides automatically imitted. This provides you with peace of mind that presenters only deliver what they are supposed to but can also talk about more confidential topics whilst not delivering the information electronically or otherwise.
